New I-9 and Remote Verification Options

On August 1, 2023, a new streamlined Form I-9 was released.  The old form can be used until October 31, 2023, but after that, penalties may apply. Stay compliant and transition to the new form as soon as possible. It promises a more efficient hiring process and easier employee eligibility verification.
