A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER

As we enter 2024, I want to express my gratitude to our clients and partners. Your support has been the cornerstone of our success, and we are truly thankful for the opportunity to serve you.

2023 was a year of significant achievements, and we are thrilled to share some highlights:

• Navigated New Laws and Regulations. This year we saw many new employment laws go into effect on both the state and federal level. On top of that, we navigated the end of Covid era regulations. Our team has worked hard to provide support and clarity during these changing times. Adopting new E-Verify and ACA processes are just a couple ways in which we adapted to new regulations. We are dedicated to keeping our clients in compliance and will continue to evolve with the ever-changing laws and regulations.
• Made Substantial Technology Enhancements. This year, we took custom reporting to a whole new level. With new power automation technology, we are able to produce custom reports quicker and more efficiently than ever. Among our other regular updates, we have also reinforced security measures with upgraded equipment and software. We remain committed to leveraging technology to streamline HR processes, while offering the highest levels of data protection.
• Expanded the Anthros Family of Clients. We are so blessed to have added several new clients to the family that share our values and commitment to the wellbeing of their team members. Not only did we create incredible new partnerships, but we also witnessed our clients grow within their respective industries. It is our mission to decrease clients’ administrative and compliance burdens to allow them to focus on growing their companies, and nothing makes me happier than seeing our clients and employees’ flourish.
• Welcomed New Anthros Team Members. Our global offices team is expanding as well as our local office and we could not be more excited. Our most recent addition to the team is Ekaterina “Kate” Dobek, an HR Professional with 11+ years of experience with state, governments, and multinational companies. If you have not already met her, you soon will. With Kate’s experience and array of HR degrees and certifications, she will work directly with our clients on HR best practices & service delivery, system design & processing, training & development, and benefits administration.

These accomplishments are a testament to our shared journey. As we enter the new year, we are energized by the possibilities ahead and remain dedicated to exceeding your expectations. In the coming year, you can look forward to expanding supplemental benefit offerings, an enhanced Employee Portal user experience, and even more internal growth.
