As we enter 2022, I want to thank you for placing your trust in me and my team. I am so blessed to be able to do what I love, every day. We succeed only because of clients like you that share our values and our commitment to building a culture that promotes the wellbeing of team members.

Last year was another challenging year for all of us but seeing the fierce resolve and innovative ideas our clients brought to these challenges has been truly inspiring. While you and your teams worked so passionately in pursuit of success, our team has also worked hard to evolve and serve you better. I wanted to share a few of those successes with you.

This past year we:

Expanded supplemental benefit offerings to include Beam Dental, a digital-first dental and vision insurer that is modernizing the benefits industry. Anthros was founded on the idea of using technology to bridge the gap between employers and employees. Beam Dental’s innovative program is transforming how dental insurance and care is delivered, giving our clients new tools to promote the health and wellbeing of their employees.
Navigated COVID-19 relief policies and compliance. Employers are continuing to face an increased compliance burden because of new and changing laws and regulations. Our team has been working hard to support you and provide clarity during this challenging period. Over the past year, we managed FFCRA and tax credits, which helped save our clients time and resources. The Anthros team developed custom reports for quick and easy PPP loan forgiveness and also helped clients create vaccine policies, paid leave programs and best practices for workplace safety and compliance. We will continue to provide information and COVID-19 resources which are always available to clients and employers on our blog.
Made significant enhancements to our technology platform by adopting new security measures and improving the user experience. At Anthros we are committed to leveraging technology that streamlines HR processes, while offering the highest levels of data protection. Which is why we have upgraded the platform to include new employee and manager portal features, such as document management which makes it easier to manage all client files in a single, secure database. Among other updates, we have also reinforced security measures with Multi-Factor Authorization and a cyber disaster recovery program.
Welcomed new clients to the Anthros family. I am grateful that the Anthros family includes so many clients who have been with us for decades, and I am also humbled that 2021 brought many new clients into that family. This past year we have welcomed clients not only from our local community but also across the United States. Among them are industry leading professionals and nationally renowned businesses. We are thrilled to work with such great companies everyday and look forward to watching you soar.
