A Message From Our Founder

As we enter 2025, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for our clients continued trust and partnership. 2024 was a remarkable journey, and we are honored to have had the opportunity to serve you.

We are proud to share some accomplishments from 2024 that wouldn’t have been possible without your support: 

• Technology Enhancements: In 2024 we introduced the new Unified Employee Experience which created a more modern, user-friendly platform for employees. On top of our ongoing security enhancements, we also introduced an upgrade to the Report Center, allowing for even more reporting features and customizations.
• Client Growth: We celebrated alongside many of our clients as they received prestigious awards and recognition throughout the year. From Relais & Châteaux to Michelin Stars for our culinary clients, law firms winning landmark settlements to Physicians in the medical field excelling in their respective specialties, which further proves what we already know, we have the most premier family of clients. We also had the honor of supporting our clients as they expanded their internal operations, adding countless new locations and employees. Nothing makes me happier than being of service to our partners as they thrive in their industries.
• Internal Growth: This past year we welcomed several new employees to the Anthros team. Each new member brings their own HR expertise in benefits, workers’ compensation, and unemployment administration. I hope you have had the opportunity to get to know these ladies as they have been the perfect additions to our family.

We have so much to look forward to in 2025, but here are a few things you can expect from Anthros this year: 

• New supplemental benefit offerings coming this open enrollment in February
• An upgraded mobile app, PrismONE
• New manager experience with enhanced self-service functionality
• Navigating the upcoming legislative changes to retirement plans
