A Message from Our Founder Anurag Dandiya
As we near the end of another year, I believe talks of 2023 can wait. I wanted to express my gratitude for your ongoing support of Anthros and share a little bit about what the Anthros’ team has accomplished this year.
The Anthros’ family gained two new members, Kim Diaz and Bella McDermott. You may have already spoken with them over the phone, as they jumped right in and helped to provide the exceptional service you come to expect from Anthros.
We also have a new member in training. Bailey Anderson, our Compliance Manager, had a baby this winter! I am so happy that Anthros could provide Bailey the security to grow her family and spend time bonding with her new baby and husband.
As for what Anthros as a company has accomplished this year, our mission is to decrease clients’ administrative and compliance burdens and free you to be nimble and flourish in times of change. Continuous learning is one of our core values and drives our approach to client service delivery. We constantly look for ways to expand our services and give employers more tools to support employees.
This year, we continually updated our HRIS technology and participated in many training topics throughout the year. Anthros also created new partnerships with legal teams in Florida and Minnesota to help assist our clients with ever-evolving regulations and unique questions.
I know you are frequently in touch with our payroll team, but please remember Anthros is here to support you in many other ways too.
Attracting and retaining employees is a top challenge for many of you right now. Benefits is a major factor for most job seekers, and through your partnership with Anthros, your employees have access to a wealth of benefits.
Over the last year, we’ve focused on forming new partnerships with digital-first insurer providers like Doctegrity and Beam Benefits that empower employees to take an active role in their own health care.
Your employees can take advantage of:
- Voluntary employee-paid benefits including dental, vision, disability, accident, life, critical illness insurance
- Travel and entertainment discounts on theme parks, hotels, concerts, and more through our MemberDeals platform
- Virtual healthcare plans that give employees unlimited access to primary care and mental health counseling for a low monthly cost
- Identify theft protection plans with device security and online privacy from Lifelock
The Anthros 401(K) plan
If your business is not already participating in the Anthros 401(K) plan, I encourage you to do so. The extraordinary set-up, legal and audit costs associated with an employer 401(K) plan make it cost-prohibitive for many small and medium-sized businesses. Anthros clients, however, can participate in our 401(K) without any of these costs, and we administer it on your behalf. Whether or not you make an employer contribution, a 401(K) help employees achieve their savings and retirement goals and supports your recruiting and retention efforts. If you need more information, please reach out to our team.
Supporting employees’ mental health
Our employees continue to be vulnerable as we fight the anxiety and stress caused by the pandemic. I’m extremely proud of the work my team has done to share information and strategies with you about how you can help employees respond to and manage anxiety and stress. These strategies are important, but we also sincerely believe all employees should have access to help from mental health professionals at any time of the day or night. Through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), your employees and members of their household can speak to trained counselors 24/7.
Finally, I want to say that it is your loyalty to Anthros and the trust you place in this team that has energized us over this past year. It is an absolute privilege to support you and your employees as your HR and compliance partner.
