WINTER PARK, Fla., January 4, 2017—Human resources outsourcing company Anthros Inc. grew 26 percent in 2016 and is poised to double in size in the first quarter of 2017.

“Anthros Inc.’s growth last year reflects the high-level of customized service that the Anthros team provides to our clients,” said Anthros Founder and CEO Anurag Dandiya. “We are constantly improving and re-engineering our service delivery model to fit client needs, both now and in the future.”

With the addition of new clients in 2016, including a major communications and technology firm, Anthros Inc. now has a footprint in 33 states. To accompany growth in 2017, Anthros is planning a strategic expansion into additional states.

“Our growth has been highly strategic,” said Dandiya. “We’ve never been interested in short term gains. Instead we focus on long-term partnerships, only taking on new clients that are aligned with our culture and values.”

In 2016, Anthros also guided many clients as they launched new businesses, expanded its leadership training capabilities and brand management services, and upgraded its Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to harness the latest technology available for its client-centric service delivery model.

“We’ve built a foundation for growth over the past two years by securing the right team and the best HR technology on the market,” said Dandiya. “Now as we move into the new year we’re seeing the rewards of our investments in infrastructure and are more than ready to grow the business.”
