WINTER PARK, Fla., August 26, 2020—Anthros is proud to announce that the Board of Directors of FAPEO (Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations) elected its Founder and CEO, Anurag Dandiya, as Vice President of the FAPEO Board.
The Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations (FAPEO) is the state of Florida’s leading PEO industry trade association. Dandiya has served on FAPEO’s Board of Directors since 2014.
“We highly value Anurag’s experience and insight into our industry,” said FAPEO Executive Director Robert Skrob. “His work building Anthros demonstrates his leadership and commitment to PEOs, and the unique perspective he brings to our Board will help us further enhance and promote the industry.”
Dandiya has been in the human resources and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry for more than two decades and is known for his willingness to re-engineer the service delivery model to meet client needs. In 1996, Dandiya set out to transform the way human capital is managed, envisioning a new client service model and platform that would connect employees and reinforce the value of relationships.
Before founding Anthros, Anurag served as Executive Vice President and Director at HR outsourcing companies with annual revenues of more than $1.2 billion. He negotiated a $400 million client acquisition, the largest to date in the PEO industry, along with two other acquisitions valued at over $100 million.
Today Anthros provides human resources solutions to clients nationwide, setting itself apart with its deep understanding of how employees are connected to and shape a company’s mission. Known for its personalized service and high-performance HR technology, Anthros administers benefits programs, provides worker’s compensation, processes payroll, and actively manages and reduces employer risks. Members of the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations provide integrated, cost effective solutions for the management and administration of human resources for their clients, by contractually assuming employer rights, responsibilities, and risk, and by establishing and maintaining an employer relationship with the workers assigned to client companies.
Organized in 1986, FAPEO strives to protect and enhance the professional employer industry in Florida through industry education, enhancing professionalism, facilitating the cooperative exchange of information between PEOs and developing an awareness of legislative issues.
