WINTER PARK, Fla., August 26, 2020—Anthros is proud to announce that the Board of Directors of FAPEO (Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations) elected its Founder and CEO, Anurag Dandiya, as Vice President of the FAPEO Board.

The Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations (FAPEO) is the state of Florida’s leading PEO industry trade association. Dandiya has served on FAPEO’s Board of Directors since 2014.

Dandiya has been in the human resources and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry for more than two decades and is known for his willingness to re-engineer the service delivery model to meet client needs. In 1996, Dandiya set out to transform the way human capital is managed, envisioning a new client service model and platform that would connect employees and reinforce the value of relationships.

Before founding Anthros, Anurag served as Executive Vice President and Director at HR outsourcing companies with annual revenues of more than $1.2 billion. He negotiated a $400 million client acquisition, the largest to date in the PEO industry, along with two other acquisitions valued at over $100 million.
