WINTER PARK, Fla., June 30, 2020—Anthros is proud to announce the acceptance of its Founder and CEO, Anurag Dandiya, into Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the world’s premier peer network of chief executives and business leaders.

YPO is made up of more than 29,000 chief executives in 130 countries, each recognized for having achieved significant leadership success at a young age. Dandiya’s selection to this exclusive network of prominent business executives demonstrates his leadership and achievements in the human resources and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry.

To qualify for YPO membership, an individual must meet the following criteria:

  • The individual’s corporation must have a net worth of assets before depreciation of $20,000,000.
  • The individual’s Sales/Services/Manufacturing corporation must have at least $13,000,000 in gross annual sales or turnover.
  • The individual must be selected before the applicant reaches his or her 45th birthday.
  • The individual must hold the top position of a qualifying company or division and be directly responsible for all operations of the business or division. Titles representing this position may include President, Chairman of the Board, CEO, Managing Director, or Managing Partner.

“I am humbled by the invitation to join YPO. The difficulty of the admissions process and extensive qualifications one must meet to be a member makes this a great honor for Anthros and for me personally,” said Dandiya. “It is also a tremendous opportunity to learn and share insights with other leaders who drive growth and innovation in their industries, as well as a chance to showcase our unique HR model and the successes of the entire Anthros team.”

Dandiya has been in the human resources and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry for more than two decades and is known for his willingness to re-engineer the service delivery model to meet client needs. In 1996, Dandiya set out to transform the way human capital is managed, envisioning a new client service model and platform that would connect employees and reinforce the value of relationships.

Before founding Anthros, Anurag served as Executive Vice President and Director at HR outsourcing companies with annual revenues of more than $1.2 billion. He negotiated a $400 million client acquisition, the largest to date in the PEO industry, along with two other acquisitions valued at over $100 million. Dandiya has also served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations (FAPEO) since 2014.

Today Anthros provides human resources solutions to clients nationwide, setting itself apart with its deep understanding of how employees are connected to and shape a company’s mission. Known for its personalized service and high-performance HR technology, Anthros administers benefits programs, provides worker’s compensation, processes payroll, and actively manages and reduces employer risks.
