WINTER PARK, Fla., February 20, 2019—Anthros is strengthening its leadership with three key promotions that will enhance the sophistication of services provided to clients and further minimize their risk, while positioning the company for strategic growth.

“As the regulatory landscape evolves and businesses face new risks, we must devote more resources to compliance and risk management to meet current and future challenges and protect our clients,” said Anthros Founder and CEO Anurag Dandiya. “We also continue to expand our brand management capabilities, recognizing that the strength of our clients’ human capital is tied to the strength and integrity of their brands.”

Lisa King-Corbin, PHR, has been promoted to Director of Risk Management. In her new role, she will manage risk strategy and programs that mitigate clients’ potential for loss, while also handling claims administration and relationships with A-rated insurance carriers. She has been with Anthros for 16 years and previously served as Process Improvement Manager.

Dyannah Byington has been promoted to Director of Brand Management. She will oversee brand strategy, spearhead marketing and communications projects and initiatives that reflect the culture and values of Anthros, and develop leadership training programs for clients. Byington joined Anthros as Brand Manager in 2016, bringing with her many years of experience in content creation, social media and digital marketing.

Bailey Brasol has been promoted to Compliance Manager. She will manage the PEO licensing and compliance processes in all states, and in partnership with the Anthros legal team will work closely with clients to ensure adherence to labor and tax regulations. Brasol began her career with Anthros in 2014 and previously served as Office Manager.

“These promotions reflect the experience and depth of knowledge these individuals possess and the magnitude of the contributions they have made to our clients and the Anthros brand,” said Dandiya. “These well-deserved promotions increase our capabilities and lay the foundation for immediate growth.”
