Award-winning Chef Gavin Kaysen Features Anthros Inc. in New Culinary Magazine

WINTER PARK, Fla., December 14, 2016—Human resources outsourcing company Anthros Inc. is featured in the inaugural issue of Spoon Collection, a magazine by award-winning chef Gavin Kaysen, owner and executive chef of Minneapolis restaurant Spoon and Stable.

In an article titled “Game Changers,” the magazine describes the critical role Anthros Inc. plays in supporting Spoon and Stable through behind-the-scenes administrative tasks.

Kaysen says, “Anurag and his capable team relieve me of all administrative burdens, provide the care I require for my restaurant’s human capital, and sustain our principles, values, and vision to create a culture concentrated toward growth and success.”

Anthros Inc. processes payroll, prints paychecks, manages benefits and ensures Spoon and Stable remains in compliance with labor laws.

The article also describes the personal connection and history between Chef Kaysen and Anthros Inc.’s Founder and CEO Anurag Dandiya. Describing his first meeting with Kaysen, Dandiya says, “I was captivated by his humility, his presence, and his overall energy. I knew then it was inevitable that he would eventually launch his own brand, and I told him that whenever he did, I would be there to support him from the foundation we had at Anthros.”

Chef Gavin Kaysen is an internationally renowned chef who opened Spoon and Stable to great acclaim in 2014. Kaysen’s second restaurant Bellecour is scheduled to open in Minneapolis in spring 2017.
